*If you have DB/KB or some weighted object use it! 

*Without a weighted object you can add difficulty by balancing something like a shoe on your knuckles (make a fist with your hand).

*200 Meter Run After Each Round

 

Conditioning (With Equipment) 

10-9-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

SA KB/DB Push Press (Perform reps on both arms 10/10, 9/9, etc)
