Strength Work (Equipment Free)

4 x 8 Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats (Each side) - tempo 31X1

Keep the tempo perfect, watch a clock to measure the :03 descent if needed

Strength Work (With Equipment)

4 x 8 Rear Foot Elevated Goblet Split Squats (Each side) - tempo 21X1

Keep the tempo perfect, watch a clock to measure the :02 descent if needed, load with a single DB or KB in a goblet hold position

Conditioning (Equipment Free)

5 Rounds

15 Lateral Burpees

8 Broad Jumps @ 7/6'

For the burpees set an object on the floor approx. 12" high and jump over for each rep. For the broad jumps mark 2 lines, 6 or 7' feet apart (scale by 1 foot) and clear it every jump

Conditioning (With Equipment)

5 Rounds

15 Lateral Burpees Over KB

15 US KB Swings

Scaled: 35/25lbs

Rx: 53/35lbs

Comp: 70/53lbs

Sub DB swings (as in the video above) if you don't have a KB
