Conditioning (No Equipment)
3 Rounds:
800 Meter Run
25 Sit Ups
25 Box/Bench Dips
Conditioning (With Equipment)
3 Rounds:
800 Meter Run
25 Weighted SIt Ups
25 Elevated Box/Bench Dips
*Sit Ups= Hold DB across chest while performing movement.
*Dips= Elevate feed on another box/bench/chair for added difficulty. If you have a weighted object put it in your lap for even more difficulty.
