Thoughts From the Lockdown: Day 2

The last couple of days have been a little crazy to say the least. Stepping into to unknown territory is always a good chance to improve as a coach, whether it’s taking a new certification in an area you’re not familiar with, coaching a special population that you’re not experienced in or adapting to a new method of coaching.
Often we can get caught up in the routine of our lives and miss chances to make ourselves better at things. Maybe you have the time now to shift your focus and spend some time on self-improvement? Make a plan and make yourself better.
Today I’m planning out the next 2 weeks for my schedule. This is going to include a deep clean of the gym, some home projects I’ve been putting off forever, re-working our gym SOPs to make sure we’re being as efficient as possible and working to give you guys the most help we can during this time.
What do you have planned? Maybe you’re still working and it’s life as normal, maybe you’re working from home and need to make sure you’re optimizing your time or maybe you have a couple of weeks where you’re open to get stuff done. Don’t waste this time worrying about what might happen, spend your time productively so when we come out the other side you’ve made yourself better or your life easier!
