Core Strength

3 Rounds: 

20 Plank Drag Throughs (10 Each Side)

20 Hollow Rocks

*For plank drag throughs stay as level as possible and don’t let body rotate. 

*Use KB/DB for drag throughs. If you don’t have equipment use a weighted odd object such as gallon water jug or backpack filled with stuff to make it weighted. 

*If needed scale hollow rocks to bent knee position. 

Conditioning (No Equipment) 

AMRAP 15: 

20 Box/Chair Step Ups

20 Goodmornings (Use PVC, Broomstick,etc)

20 Box/Chair Dips

20 V-Ups

 

Conditioning (With Equipment) 

AMRAP 15: 

20 Box Jumps

20 DB/KB Swings 

20 Box Dips
