Gymnastics Skill Work

Spend 5 Mins Practicing one of the following Skills: 

  1. HS Hold Against Wall

  2. Freestanding HS Hold

  3. HS Walk

 

*For Part A & B the goal is to accumulate as much time as possible. For part C try to pick a distance you can hit consistently and shoot for 4-6 attempts at reaching that distance. 

 

Conditioning (No Equipment) 

5 Rounds: 

10 Devils Press with Odd Object

25 Sit Ups

50 Lateral Line Hops

 

*Devils press= perform burpee + ground to overhead with odd object. 

 

Conditioning (With Equipment) 

5 Rounds: 

10 Single Arm Devils Press 50/35lbs

25 Sit Ups

50 Double Unders
