EMOM 6:
8 Alternating Pistols
Scaled: Single Leg Squat Negative to Box (Stand up with 2 feet)
Rx: Single Leg Squat to Box
*For the scaled option you will set up a box height to at or just below parallel. You will lower to the box as slow as possible with one leg. Once seated you will then use both legs to stand up.
Conditioning (No Equipment)
AMRAP 12:
10 Odd Object Bent Over Rows
10 Push Ups
20 Alternating Lunges with Odd Object
20 Mt Climbers
*Use a filled backpack or bag, water jugs, or whatever is available to weight these movements.
